Join the Indian Creek Veterinary Hospital Team

I have worked at Indian Creek Veterinary Hospital 16 years. I was hired on after my externship from tech school. The amount of growth I have obtained over the years is astronomical. There are so many learning opportunities daily and I am still learning new things even after being here so long. Every day is different; with different appointments, different surgeries, and all kinds of animals. Some days are slow and some days are busy. There are all kinds of tasks to be done big and little. I like the fact we help out in different areas of the hospital so you are never just staying in one area. When it is slow we can teach others new things to help their growth as well. If you have a recommendation to help improve the hospital Dr. Cawood is always willing to hear and figure out the best way we can include that into changes. We are always trying to improve the hospital in many ways and I like that Dr. Cawood asks for our suggestions and help with making changes. A huge benefit for me is we try to help work around people's family/home schedule as best we can. We are never made to feel like our job is to come before our family and that is a huge plus to me. It is nice if our personal animals are having issues we are able to bring them in right away to get them the help they need (personally for me it was even after hours and Dr. Cawood still met me at the hospital to help my pet). I have really enjoyed working at Indian Creek Veterinary Hospital and it has really helped me grow in my career and I plan to keep on growing and learning new things as we grow and improve as a hospital and of course to help all our patients the best we can.
